A man is in the Weld County Jail after police say they found him with methamphetamine, fentanyl, cocaine and a loaded handgun after a short foot chase in 欧美巨乳色情片.

Police arrested 42-year-old Derrick Valentine just after 7 p.m. April 30 after he had fled earlier in the day when they tried to pull over the vehicle he was driving, according to an affidavit for his arrest. He also fled on foot just before police apprehended him.

He was arrested on suspicion of six felony charges — intent to distribute both meth and cocaine, vehicular eluding, possession of fentanyl, possession of a weapon as a special offender from a previous arrest, and intent to distribute narcotics while in possession of a firearm.

Earlier that day, 欧美巨乳色情片 police were conducting routine surveillance on a known “drug house” in the 1700 block of Eighth Avenue. Police say that suspects who are arrested leaving the address are often found with drugs they say they bought at the house.

Police saw a man — later identified as Valentine — leave the address and head to an apartment complex in the 500 block of 16th Street. Police attempted to pull him over, but they say he sped up through the parking lot, where several people were out walking around.

As he left the complex onto 16th Street, police say Valentine disregarded a stop sign, nearly causing a crash. Police deployed a GPS tracking device on Valentine’s vehicle and didn’t pursue him further, according to the affidavit.

A short time later, police tracked Valentine’s vehicle to the area of 25th Avenue and 15th Street in 欧美巨乳色情片. Police found the vehicle unoccupied and searched the area, eventually finding Valentine in the courtyard of a nearby apartment complex, according to the affidavit.

Police say Valentine began to flee on foot, ignoring numerous commands from officers to stop. As he fled, police say, he threw a gun into the backyard of a house on 23rd Avenue. He was apprehended and taken into custody shortly after, according to the affidavit.

Police searched Valentine and found several bags of suspected meth, suspected cocaine and counterfeit M30 pills suspected to contain fentanyl. The meth and cocaine tested presumptive positive, but the M30 pills were not tested due to fear of fentanyl exposure, according to the affidavit.

Police say they found:

• 21.1 grams of meth, split into seven bags.

• 2.4 grams of cocaine.

• 50 M30 pills suspected to contain fentanyl, totaling 5.5 grams.

• A digital scale with suspected meth residue.

• Three glass pipes with suspected meth residue.

• $1,590, primarily in $100 bills.

• A 9mm Glock handgun.

• Dozens of small, empty bags.

At the time of his arrest, police say, Valentine had an active warrant for intent to distribute narcotics while in possession of a firearm.

He chose not to speak with police and was booked into the Weld County Jail without incident.

Valentine was previously sentenced to more than two years in prison for his role in a botched 欧美巨乳色情片 bank robbery in 2000, when he was just 19.

Valentine has a hearing on advisement Wednesday at Weld District Court.
